- Requests are reviewed based on current need, urgency, available supplies, mission alignment, and order received.
- Resources and supplies are limited and based on availability
- Submission does not guarantee approval
- This is intended for one-time support requests
- Some requests may be partially fulfilled depending on inventory
- Completing the form also helps us understand community needs and strengthen future care support efforts.
