At A Heart’s Key Communal Care Alliance, we believe that community care becomes stronger when we share what we know. We are building a statewide resource hub that connects families to trusted, culturally aligned, and dignity-centered support across Indiana and we need your help to make it as comprehensive and accessible as possible.
