Whether you have one hour a month or several hours a week, your presence can bring comfort, connection, and community to Black, Brown, Queer, disabled, aging, and underserved families navigating care, crisis, and loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are meaningful ways to get involved across our four core programs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Direct Support Program: \u201cHands of Help\u201d Volunteers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Support families navigating medical, caregiving, and financial hardship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ways to Volunteer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver essential items, groceries, or care packages to families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help coordinate resource drives (food, hygiene kits, assistive devices).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support administrative tasks like intake calls or community referrals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Legacy 5155 &amp; Last Wishes Program: \u201cMemory Makers\u201d Volunteers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Honor stories, rituals, and meaningful final wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ways to Volunteer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help facilitate memory-making activities&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support families in planning and coordinating legacy experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate transportation assistance or on-site support for legacy events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with cultural, spiritual, or family-centered rituals (as appropriate and trained).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
